基于液质联用技术的脑得生中红花成分分析 被引量:2

摘要 本实验通过使用大孔树脂柱对脑得生水提部分进行纯化,得到其有效部位,再通过液质联用仪(LC-MS)对脑得生的水提部分提取液成分进行分析,得到水提部分提取液中检测到的红花的主要化学成分信息。通过对脑得生水提部分的质谱进行分析分析主要找出了所含的查尔酮类成分10个,黄酮类及其苷类等化合物信息19个,其他类成分2个。验证了中药复方脑得生有效部位提取方法。为后续脑得生有效部位体内的血清药物化学和药动学研究奠定基础。 This experiment by using macroporous resin column of Naodesheng water extract was purified by HPLC/MS (LC-MS) of the Naodesheng water extract component analysis, get the information of main chemical components in safflower of water extract extract detected. Through the mass spectrometry analysis of the raw water extract of brain, 10 components of chalcone, 19 information of flavonoids and their glycosides and 2 other components were found. To validate the extraction method of the effective fraction of Naodesheng in Chinese herbal medicine. To lay the foundation for the study of serum pharmacokinetics, pharmacokinetics and pharmacokinetics of Naodesheng in vivo.
