摘要
以不同精制方法得到的松木屑木醋液、杂木木醋液为原料,分别进行农杆菌(Agrobacterium tumefaciens)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)抑菌实验,研究其抑菌活性。研究结果表明杂木木醋液对3种细菌没有抑菌效果。无水乙醇对3种细菌的抑菌圈均超过25 mm。松木屑木醋液只有体积分数100%浓度对金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)有抑菌作用,抑菌圈为21.22±3.55 mm。
Antibacterial activity of antibacterial experiment of Agrobacterium tumefaciens, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus was respectively studied with different refining methods of pine sawdust wood vinegar, miscellaneous wood vinegar as raw materials.The results showed that the miscellaneous wood vinegar had no inhibitory effect on 3 kinds of bacteria.lnhibition zone of anhydrous ethanol on 3 kinds of bacteria were more than 25mm. Only 100% concentration of volume fraction of pine sawdust wood vinegar had antibacterial effect on S. aureus, inhibition zone is 21.22 ±3.55mm.
