摘要
铁路罐车批控装车系统试运时,以人工检尺为准,质量流量计只作参考对比,因比对差率有的高达2%而无法投用流量计作计量。随后,根据比对数据,分别以物料名称、车型、车号、流量计为单位统计其差率分布情况进行深入分析,最终发现其超差根源是错用铁路罐车表号所致,并验证了应用质量流量计作交接计量更为准确可靠,推动了质量流量计的应用。
During the trial operation of the railway tanker batch and control loading system, the manual inspection rule is taken as the criterion, the mass flowmeter is only for reference, the comparison of some rate as high as 2% and can not be put into use as a measuring meter. Then, according to the data, with the material name, type, number, flow meter units statistical distribution rate analysis, finally found the ultra poor root is the table number caused by misuse of rail tanker, the application of mass flowmeter is proved to be more accurate and reliable, and the application of mass flowmeter is promoted.
