摘要
本文是以工业级氧化锌为原料,将其与碱在一定温度下溶解形成透明的锌基络合物,将该络合物直接与十二烷基硫醇反应制取十二硫醇锌。同时,本文对温度、物料配比等反应条件进行了深入研究,得出反应的较优条件:温度70~80℃,物料(氧化锌∶十二烷基硫醇)物质的量配比为1∶3.0时,可得产率在90%以上的十二烷基硫醇锌。该反应操作过程简单,基本无污染。
This article is based on industrial-grade zinc oxide as a raw material, and it is dissolved with alkali liquid under certain temperature to form transparent zinc-based complex. The complex reacts directly with dodecyl mercaptan to obtain Zinc dodecanethiolate. At the same time, we conducted in-depth studies on the reaction conditions: temperature, material ratio, and other aspects. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: at the temperature of 70-80℃, the molar ratio of the material (zinc oxide: dodecyl mercaptan) was 1: 3.0, and obtained Zinc Dodecanethiolate yield was more than 90 %. The operation process is simple, easy without contamination.
