摘要
以不同浓度的硫化钠溶液及盐酸加入速度等单因素进行DDNP起爆药性能试验研究,分析得到较佳性能工艺条件,试验表明在现有设备工艺的实际生产中尽量使用浓度在12%左右的硫化钠溶液以及前中期盐酸加入的速度控制,提高起爆药晶体成球型率,确保结晶效果。
The solution of sodium sulfide and hydrochloric acid of different concentration with single factor test was carried out to study medicine speed performance initiation DDNP, obtained better performance conditions, experiments show that the solution of sodium sulfide in the actual production process to make use of the existing equipment in the concentration at 12 % and before the mid hydrochloric acid is added to the speed control, improve the explosive crystals into a ball to ensure the effect of crystallization rate.
