摘要
本文测定了沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠在不同溶剂中的粗略溶解度,为结晶溶剂的选择提供参考。研究了结晶溶剂对产品产率、晶型、粒度及质量的影响。根据试验结果,最终选用了最优的结晶溶剂,得到的产品粒度分布均匀、纯度高、晶型优。
Solubility of Sacbitril/Valsartan in different solvents was determined to provide a guide for the selection of crystallization solvent. The influence of crystallization solvents on the yield, polymorph, particle size, and quality were investigated. Based on the results, the best solvent for crystallization was chosen, affording the product with uniform particle size distribution, high purity, and good polymorph.
