摘要
爆炸极限是评价可燃气体火灾危险性的重要参数,对于多组分混合可燃气体,其爆炸极限随组分种类和含量的不同而不同,不能通过文献查阅直接获得,也不易及时测试,需要采用预测的方法来快速估算。本文根据Le-Chatelier公式法,得出二元及三元混合可燃气体爆炸极限的预测曲线及预测曲面,经验证,爆炸下限的预测结果与实测值的误差小于6%,爆炸上限的预测结果与实测值的误差小于8%。
Explosion limit is an important parameter to evaluate the fire risk of combustible gas. For muiticomponent mixed combustible gas, the explosion limit varies with the type and content of components, and can not be directly obtained by literature review. It is not easy to test in time, so it is necessary to use the method of prediction to estimate quickly. This paper is based on the Le-Chatelier formula method. The prediction curve and surface of explosion limit of binary and ternary mixed combustible gas are obtained. The error between the prediction result of explosion lower limit and the measured value is less than 6 %. The error between the prediction result of explosion upper limit and the measured value is less than 8.
