炎性细胞因子对肾脏钾通道调控的研究进展

摘要 炎性细胞因子在炎症反应中起关键作用,而肾脏钾通道与多种物质跨膜转运密切相关。近来有报道,某些炎性细胞因子可通过改变肾脏钾通道活性而影响肾脏水盐平衡,甚至造成肾细胞功能障碍。因此,炎性细胞因子对肾脏钾通道调控的研究颇具重要意义。本文主要从肾脏钾通道的类型、功能及炎性细胞因子对肾脏钾通道的调控等方面进行简要综述。 The inflammatory cytokines play a key role in inflammatory reaction. The potassium channel is closely related to the transepithelial transport of various substances in the kidney. Recent reports indicated that some inflammatory cytokines can affect the renal water and salt balance by changing the renal potassium channel activity and even cause renal cell dysfunction. Thus, the study of inflammatory cytokines on the regulation of renal potassium channel is great significant. In this paper, the types, functions and inflammatory cytokines of renal potassium channels were reviewed.
