Improvement of Application of Food Waste Reutilization Technology in Hangzhou City

杭州市是国家第三批餐厨废弃物资源化利用和无害化处理试点城市之一,2015年12月建成杭州市餐厨垃圾处理一期项目,目前已经处于满负荷运行的状态。建设二期项目已迫在眉睫。通过对一期项目运行经验的总结,在餐厨二期项目上优化了工艺设计,精简了流程,提高了资源化利用效率和装置的安全稳定性,为餐厨垃圾的资源化处理技术应用及发展奠定了坚实的基础。

Hangzhou is among the third batch of the pilot cities in China to make the food wastes harmless and reuse them. In December 2015, the first phase of Hangzhou City＇s food waste treatment project was completed and is currently in thll operation. So the construction of the second phase of the project is imminent. By summarizing the experience in the first phase of the project, the paper provides some valuable advice on updating the technological design and simplifying the procedures in the second phase of that project. As a result, the utilization efficiency of resources and the security and stability of the equipment can get improved. Moreover, it will lay a solid foundation for the application and development of the food waste re-utilization technology in the future.
