摘要
硒的常见价态为正四价和正六价。在原子荧光光谱法测硒中,只有正四价的硒能与硼氢化钾反应还原生成硒的氢化物,而正六价的硒将不能与硼氢化钾反应还原成硒的氢化物。故原子荧光光谱法测硒中,硒的还原将是该方法的重点。
The common valence of selenium is tetravalent and hexavalent. In atomic fluorescence spectrometry selenium, only tetravalent selenium with potassium borohydride can be reduced to produce hydrogenated selenium. However, the hexavalent selenium will not be able to react with potassium borohydride reduction of selenium hydride. Therefore, atomic fluorescence spectrometry determination of selenium, reducing the hexavalent selenium to tetravalent selenium will be the focus of this method.
