摘要
实验教学是培养学生实践动手能力和创新能力的重要途径。针对"发酵工程工艺原理"实验教学中的问题,采取提高实验学时比例、增加实验设备数量、更新实验内容和方式及建立合理考核体系等措施,以巩固该课程的理论知识,提高学生的动手能力、创新能力和分析解决问题的能力。
Experiment teaching is an hnportant way to improve students' practical and innovation ability. This paper introduced some measures including increasing the proportion of experiments, buying more laboratory equipment, updating experimental contents and teaching method, and building scientific reasonable evaluation system according to some problems in experimental teaching, by which, the knowledge learned in class was understood and consolidated, and experimental ability, innovation capability and ability of analysis and resolving question were improved.
