本科护理专业实践教学的改革是培养应用型、高素质人才的关键环节。文本,析我校本科护理专业实践教学现状,提出了相应的对策即通过构建合理的实践教学模式,提高科研能力,实施综合的考核评定办法。实现了培养出高素质的护理人才进行模式的创新。

The reform of the practice teaching of undergraduate nursing specialty is the key link to train the applicative and high-quality talents. This paper analyzes the present situation of nursing practice teaching in our university, and puts forward some countermeasures, which are to improve the scientific research ability and carry out the comprehensive assessment and evaluation. It realizes the innovation of cultivating high quality nursing talents.
