浅析新时代价值多元化背景下大学生价值观的引导和塑造

Reflection on the Guiding and Forming College Students' Values under the Background of Value Diversification in the New Era

党的十九大报告指出,中国社会主要矛盾已经转化,中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,这是我国发展新的历史方位。新时代,矛盾已然转化、改革全面深化、经济社会全面转型,加之经济全球化愈加深入、西方价值观念传播渗透等因素,使得当下中国价值观念从一元化步入多元化的特征愈加明显。大学生,作为新时代中国特色社会主义建设者和接班人,如何在价值多元化背景下有效树立这个群体的文化自信,引导好、塑造好这个群体的正确价值观,具有重要现实意义和深远历史意义。作为一线从事高校学生思想政治教育工作的教师,一方面要充分认识到当下新时代价值多元化存在的进步性,另一方面也要敏锐的察觉新时代大学生价值观存在的客观问题,并且充分发挥价值多元化的正向影响,有针对性的去进一步加强大学生价值观的引导和塑造。

The 19th CPC National Congress has pointed out that the main contradition of our society has been transformed and the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, which are the new historical position of China＇s development. In the new era, with the transformation of contradictions, the deepening of reform, the total transition of economy and society, the economic globalization, the diffusion and osmosis of Western values and other factors, Chinese values have become diversity. For the college students, the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, how to build their cultural confidence effectively and how to guide and form their value judgement are of vital realistic and historical significance. As college teachers concerning education of ideology and politics, on the one hand we need to fully realize the advancement of value diversification, on the other hand we must be acutely aware of objective problem among the college students＇ values. We can exploite the positive effect of value diversification to guide and form values of college students.
