当市场上出现众多的孝感米酒时,反倒失去了品牌效应。"开坛千君醉,上桌十里香",米酒(又称米酿、醪糟)的诱惑尽在诗中。湖北省孝感市,正是米酒发源地和国内最大米酒产地。但面对"孝感有这么多牌子的米酒,究竟什么牌子比较好?"这类提问时,孝感人却常常不知如何回答。在供给侧改革背景下,孝感米酒这类特色农副产品如何进一步做大?《支点》记者近期走访当地龙头企业、了解产业发展脉络,以期总结出一些经验。米酒发源地米酒在我国已有1300多年的历史,而孝感米酒最为知名。《孝感县志》记载,米酒"成于孝,
