摘要
研究了使用2种不同极性的色谱柱来测定马来酸酐装置工艺油中的杂质含量。使用弱极性的色谱柱测定酸类杂质,中等极性的色谱柱测定进酐类杂质,测试各组分方法标准偏差不大于2.0%,杂质的回收率在94%~110%,满足测定要求,而且解决了色谱柱失效快导致的邻苯二甲酸酐测试不准确的问题,不需要频繁更换色谱柱。
This paper studied the methods for determination of the impurities content in process oil of maleic an- hydride unit by two kinds of chromatographic columns with different polarity. By using the weakly-polar chromato- graphic columns to determine the content of acid and the medium-polar one to determine the content of acid an- hydride. The standard deviation and recovery of the impurities of this method can be reached to less than or equal to 2.0% and 94% ~ 110% respectively, and this method can meet the measurement requirements. The method also solve the problem that the test of phthalic anhydride is not accurate caused by the column failed soonly, and do not need to replace the column frecmentlv_
