摘要
纤维级聚酯中的添加剂为TiO_2,特性聚酯中的添加剂是SiO_2,由纤维级聚酯转产特性聚酯的过程中过渡料中TiO_2逐渐减小,SiO_2含量逐渐增加,过程控制需要快速测定过渡料中SiO_2含量。本文建立了用X荧光光谱法,将聚酯过渡料样品粉碎后压片,采用外标工作曲线法快速测定特性聚酯过渡料中SiO_2的含量,测定一个样品的时间由原来的灰化法8 h提速至1 h。方法的相对标准偏差为2.8%;标准曲线的线性相关系数为:0.999 5。
The additive in fiber grade polyester is TiO2 and the additive in characteristic polyester is SiO2. The TiO2 content in the transition material gradually decreases and the SiO2 content gradually increases in the process of con- version of fiber grade polyester to characteristic polyester. Process control requires rapid determination of SiO2 con- tent in the transition material. X-ray fluorescence spectrometry method has been established by crushing the polyes- ter' s transition sample, the SiO2 content in polyester transition material is determined rapidly by the external stand- ard working curve method. The time for determination of a sample is accelerated from the original ashing method 8 h to 1 h. The relative standard deviation of the method is 2.8% ;the linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve is 0. 999 5.
