聚酯杜邦三釜装置EG流程优化

摘要 介绍了聚酯三釜生产中乙二醇工艺流程,针对装置中出现的管线、过滤器、流量控制阀堵塞频繁,流量波动大现象,通过优化EG循环流程减少工作量及能耗,使装置生产更加稳定可靠。 The process flow of ethylene glycol in the production of polyester DuPont three-reactors plant was intro- duced. According to the phenomenons appeared in the plant that the pipelines, filters, and flow control valves were blocked frequently and the flow fluctuation was high. By optimizing the EG circular process, reducing the workload and energy consumption, the plant production was more stable and reliable.
