摘要
《中国学生发展核心素养》对学生素养提出了新的要求,这对教师专业发展的要求也随之提高;教师专业发展是提升教师素养的核心途径,教师教学效能感是教师专业发展的内驱力,具有极强的可塑性,通过教师在专业发展活动中的参与度来体现,变"被动"专业发展为"主动"专业发展。
The "China's Students' Development Core Accomplishment" puts forward new requirements for student literacy,which in turn raises the demand for teacher professional development; teacher professional development is the core approach to enhance teacher accomplishment, and teacher teaching efficacy is an internal drive for teacher professional development.The force, with its strong plasticity, is reflected through the participation of teachers in professional development activities,changing the "passive" professional development into "proactive" professional development.
