体验式教学视角下提升物业管理专业实践能力的教学研究——以重庆工商大学融智学院为例

随着企业对毕业生要求越来越高,尤其要求有工作经验,希望学生能够"上手快",现行的传统的课程讲授方式已不能达到企业和社会对人才的需求,如果这一情况不得到改变,那"毕业即失业"、"用人单位找不到合适人才"的矛盾就无法得到解决。所以,以体验式的视角积极创新课程教学模式,让学生更早地更多地以不同形式接触企业,熟悉未来的工作岗位,提升学生的实践能力,这样才能培养更多的"上手快、后劲足"的人才。

As companies demand higher and higher requirements for graduates, they are particularly required to have work experience and hope that students can ＂get up to speed quickly＂. The current traditional method of teaching courses can no longer meet the needs of companies and society for talents. If this situation does not get Change, the ＂graduation that is unemployed＂, ＂the employer cannot find the right talent＂ the contradiction cannot be resolved. Therefore, we actively innovate the curriculum teaching model from an experiential perspective, so that students can contact the company in different forms earlier, become familiar with future jobs, and improve their practical ability. Only in this way can we cultivate more ＂quick and prosperous＂ talents.
