安康地区幼儿园安全教育的调查与思考 被引量:2

摘要 通过对安康城乡幼儿园安全教育现状的抽样调研发现,安康地区幼儿园安全教育存在教育内容脱离地方实际、教育形式单一、家长参与度过低、缺乏有效的安全教育监督和评价机制等问题,原因有教育者对安全教育的认识不足、教师职业倦怠、家园互动存在障碍、管理者对安全教育的重视不足等,故笔者提出丰富安全教育内容、组织形式多样的安全教育活动、创设安全的教育环境、发挥家园安全教育合力、建立有效安全教育监督机制和评价体系的改进方法。 In this paper, it is found out through sampling survey on present conditions of safety education in kindergartens in the towns and rural areas of Ankang that there exist problems concerning safety education in these kindergartens, such as separation of teaching contents from actual situation in the local place, simple form of education, low engagement by parents, and lack of effective safety education supervision assessment mechanisms, which are resulted from the facts that the educators have insufficient understanding of safety education, the teachers are suffering from occupational burnout, there are barriers in communication with parents, and the managers show inadequate emphasis on safety education. In view of that, the author proposes the following suggestions: enrich contents of safety education; organize diversified safety education activities; create safe education environments; attach importance to safety education at home; and establish effective supervision mechanisms and assessment systems for safety education.
