家庭教育作为社会教育的有力组成部分,教育质量越来越受到各界重视。文章分析提升家长教育能力的必要性,指出开展家长教育应遵循的原则,研究提升家长教育能力的具体策略以期通过促进家长教育能力进阶,使家长从抚养者变为教养者并能更好地开展家庭教育,促进教育生态系统的良性运作。

As one important part of education, family education is catching more and more attention. This article analyzed the necessity of improving parents＇ education ability, pointed out the education principles parents should follow and carried a research on specific strategies of promoting parents＇ education ability so as to realize the transformation of parents＇ role from fosterers to educators and facilitate the healthy operation of education ecosystem.
