高校贫困生的认定既是高校贫困生资助工作的第一环节,也是做好高校贫困生工作的前提。本文从高校贫困生认定存在的问题入手研究如何完善贫困生认定机构的合理认定、建立定性与定量结合的认定标准、优化贫困生认定的方法和完善监督管理制度的新举措。

The identification of poor college students is an important part of the financial aid work for poor students, and is the foundation of the work of poor college students. This paper studies the outstanding problems existing in the identification of poor students in colleges and universities, studies the scientific confirmation of the identification institutions for poor students,establishes the identification standards of combining qualitative and quantitative methods, optimizes the methods of identifying poor students and improves the supervision and management system.
