摘要
首先对破坏性创新的理论发展和组织条件进行回顾和阐述;在此基础上通过一系列中国企业案例研究,阐述创新的生产经营过程(研发、生产、营销、销售)是如何影响破坏性创新,以及破坏性创新的机会更多是需要采取积极主动的行动获得;最后根据研究结果得出管理的启示并提出对策,为企业技术和商业模式创新实践提供参考。
This paper firstly reviews and expounds the theoretical development and organizational conditions of disruptive innovation. On this basis, through case studies of a series of Chinese enterprises , this paper gives a better description of innovative production and management processes (research and development, production, marketing, sales) affecting disruptive innovation. And we find that, disruptive innovation opportunities are mainly obtained by taking proactive actions, not primarily spontaneous. Finally, this paper obtains the management enlightenment and proposes the countermeasures, provides references for enterprise technology and business model innovation.
