摘要
基于出口复杂度测算分析中美德日4国装备制造业的全球价值链地位指数;概述美德日3国在装备制造业领域早期的科技政策、军民融合方面以及面向新一轮技术革命方面的科技政策,并提炼其中的相同点和差异;对中国装备制造业相关科技政策进行评述,提出新时代中国装备制造业提升自主创新能力和国际竞争力,迈向全球价值链中高端的对策建议。
This paper measures and analyzes the global value chain status index of equipment manufacturing industry among China, America, Germany and Japan based on the export complexity index; outlines the early science and technology policy in the field of equipment manufacturing industry about America, Germany and Japan, and also the policy on civil military integration and the new round of technological revolution; refines the similarities and differences. This paper reviews the related science and technology policy of China's equipment manufacturing industry, and puts forward some suggestions about enhancing the independent innovation ability and international competitiveness, also moving up to the medium-high endof the global value chain for China's equipment manufacturing industry in the new era.
