摘要
医院临床的创造力不断推动医学技术进步,而创新是科研工作的立项之本,因此临床与科研工作关系的合理化至关重要。采用随机抽样的方法对暨南大学附属医院的临床医生进行问卷调查和分析,基于临床与科研工作关系现状调查问卷的统计分析结果,分析阻碍其关系合理化的原因并提出改进措施和意见,为临床医生开展科研工作提供帮助。
The creativity of the clinician continues to enhance the advancement of medicine, and innovation is the foundation of scientific research, which essentialized the rationalization of the relationship between clinical work and scientific research. A randomized sampling method was used to investigate and analyze the clinicians of The AflSliated Hospital of Jinan University in Guangzhou. Based on the statistical results of the relationship between clinical work and scientific research, some factors that hindered their rationalization are analyzed, and improvement measures and opinions are put forward to support the clinicians to conduct research.
