知识产权证券化资产池构建的影响因素

Influential Factors of Asset Pool Construction of Intellectual Property Securitization

通过发放问卷的形式,针对在将知识产权进行证券化的过程中资产池创建的相关影响因素进行研究。共选取30个主要影响因素指标并进行筛选与排序,建立关于资产池创建影响因素的评价模型,最终具体分为:基础资产自身性质、基础资产归属、基础资产风险、基础资产市场因素、被许可人及管理人相关影响、证券化后影响因素六类,为知识产权证券化在我国进一步发展提供理论依据。

This study conducts research on the influencing factors of construction of asset pool on the intellectual property securitization, and on the basis of screening and reordering of the 30 main factor indexes, builds an evaluation model of influencing factors of asset pool of intellectual property securitization. This paper finally defines 6 categories of influencing factors： nature of base asset, ownership of base asset, base asset risk, market factors of base asset, the hcensee and management related influences, provides a theoretical basis for further development ofinteUectual property securitization in China.
