摘要
介绍了汽车顶盖天窗加强板制件回弹的整改思路,并结合CAE成形分析、制件数据优化、合理的冲压工艺,确保了冲压模具本体质量,改善了制件质量,更为后期此类制件的冲压成形提供了设计制造的参考。
This paper focuses on the roof of the automobile roof skylight control idea tostrengthen the rectification of stamping defects rebound plate, combined with CAE forminganalysis, product data optimization, reasonable stamping process and ensure the quality ofstamping die body, improve the product quality of stamping parts, more later such providesreference direction at design pressure piece.
