阀式浇口冷却形式分析

摘要 阀式浇口广泛应用于汽车尾灯、背门灯对表面质量要求较高的塑件注射模,但浇口周围塑件外观质量需要严格控制。阀式浇口对进胶点周围温度场较敏感,如果冷却回路设计不合理,会造成浇口部位出现银丝、飞边、缩水及混色等外观缺陷。对传统的环形水路、冷水套以及改进型冷水套的工作原理进行了阐述,并对其冷却效果进行分析,重点强调改进型冷水套的工作原理及冷却效果。 The valve gate is widely used in the mold of automobile taillights, back door lamplamp high requirements on the surface quality of the product parts, but the gate around theproduct appearance quality should be strictly controlled. Valve gate to enter the gel point aroundthe temperature sensitive, if cooling circuit design is unreasonable, will cause the gate site, silverflash, shrink and mixed color appearance defects. In this paper, the working principle oftraditional annular water, cold water jacket and improved cold water jacket is expounded, and itscooling effect is analyzed. The working principle and cooling effect of the improved cold waterjacket are emphasized.
