阀式浇口冷却形式分析

阀式浇口广泛应用于汽车尾灯、背门灯对表面质量要求较高的塑件注射模,但浇口周围塑件外观质量需要严格控制。阀式浇口对进胶点周围温度场较敏感,如果冷却回路设计不合理,会造成浇口部位出现银丝、飞边、缩水及混色等外观缺陷。对传统的环形水路、冷水套以及改进型冷水套的工作原理进行了阐述,并对其冷却效果进行分析,重点强调改进型冷水套的工作原理及冷却效果。

The working principle and cooling effect of the improved cold waterjacket are emphasized.
