摘要
针对某模具零件的结构特点,进行了加工工艺分析与工艺设计,然后利用CAXA绘图软件进行各个基点尺寸的计算,减少了利用纯数学计算零件各基点坐标的麻烦,并对各道工序编制的数控程序利用仿真软件进行模拟检验。实践证明,该方法对模具零件的加工具有一定的指导意义。
According to the structural characteristics of some mold part, the machining processanalysis and process design were done. The workload by the CAXA software to calculatecoordinates of the base point is less than using pure mathematical method. Simulating andtesting each NC program for procedure with simulation software before machining. The practicalmachining proved that the method in simplicity and accuracy of manual programming andmachining of NC milling can provide some guidance for machining this kind of mold parts.
