摘要
为了评价大豆肽和牛磺酸复合粉(Soybean Peptide and Taurine Compound Powder,SPT复合粉)是否具有缓解体力疲劳的功能以及两者之间的相互作用,以SPF级KM小鼠为试验对象,SPT复合粉为受试样品,设置低、中、高剂量组和蒸馏水空白对照组,采用经口灌胃给样的方式,连续灌胃30d后进行负重游泳、血乳酸测定、血清尿素测定、肝糖原测定试验。结果表明:随着SPT复合粉剂量的增加,小鼠负重游泳时间延长,其中高剂量组与对照组比较,差异性显著;小鼠血乳酸含量降低,其中高剂量组与对照组比较,差异性显著;小鼠血清尿素含量降低,但各剂量组与对照组相比无统计学意义;小鼠肝糖原含量增加,其中高剂量组与对照组比较,差异性显著。根据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(卫生部2003年版)中"缓解体力疲劳功能"试验的结果判定原则,表明样品SPT复合粉具有缓解体力疲劳的功能。
It showed that soybean peptides and taurine had good anti- fatigue effects. In order to explore the function of soybean peptide and taurine compound powder (SPT) on relieving fatigue and the interaction between them, the SPT Compound powder was used to test the SPF KM mice, and groups high, medium and low doses and a distilled water blank control fed for continuous 30 days were set. The experiments of loaded swimming, blood lactic acid, serum urea, liver glycogen determinations were then detected. The results showed that with the increase of the dosage, the loaded swimming time increased significantly. However, the area of blood lactic acid was decreased significantly. The serum urea was also decreased without statistical significance between the dose groups and the control. The content of liver glycogen increased significantly as well. According to "Technical Standards for Testing &Assessment of Health Food (2003)", SPT Compound powder was deemed to have the function of relieving physical fatigue.
