基于配电网运行数据的线变关系校验方法 被引量:41

摘要 为降低网损、均衡负荷、提高可靠性,需对配电网结构进行调整,依靠人工方式校验配电网线变关系耗时、耗力,而配电网运行时会产生海量运行数据,如母线电压、配变出口电压等,这些海量运行数据可以间接反映配电网线变关系。为此,提出了基于配电网运行数据的线变关系校验方法,包括三相负荷不平衡台区配变出口电压归算方法,以此为基础计算台区电压曲线之间的相关系数,通过相关系数的大小来校验线变关系的正确性;同时提出了台区所属变电站和10 kV线路的判断方法;并通过1个实例进行了线变关系校验。研究结果表明:所提出的三相负荷不平衡台区配变出口电压归算方法,可从理论上计算出三相负荷不平衡台区在三相负荷平衡时对应的配变出口电压大小,可克服利用单相电压曲线来计算相关系数时所带来的波动和误差,提高线变关系校验的准确性;根据所提出的台区所属10 kV线路的判断方法,通过计算同一条10 kV出线台区电压曲线的相关系数的平均值,可以有效区分同一个变电站的不同10 kV出线,准确率达91.7%。所提出的基于配电网运行数据的线变关系校验方法可用于计算机编程来智能化分析配电网海量运行数据,并开展线变关系校验,可解决人工方式耗时、耗力问题。 In order to reduce network loss,balance load and improve reliability,it is necessary to adjust the structure of the distribution network.The traditional manual way of verifying and maintaining the topology is time consuming and labor intensive.The huge operation data which are produced by power grid,such as bus voltage and outlet voltage of distribution transformer,can indirectly reflect the topology of distribution network.So,we propose a substation area topology verification method based on distribution network operation data,which includes the reduction method of transformer's outlet voltage when three-phase load is unbalanced.The correlation coefficient between the substation area's voltage curves is calculated.The topology is verified by the value of correlation coefficient.Meanwhile,the estimation method which can be used to distinguish which substation and which 10 kV line the substation area belongs to is also put forward.An example of topology verification distribution network is given in this paper.The results show that the reduction method of transformer's outlet voltage proposed in this paper can be used to calculate three-phase unbalanced transformer's outlet voltage if the transformer load is three-phase balanced.This method can overcome the volatility and error when using single-phase voltage curve to calculate correlation coefficient and improve the accuracy of topology verification.The estimation method,which can be used to distinguish which 10 kV line the substation area belongs to,is effective to distinguish the different 10 kV lines in one substation and the accuracy rate is 91.7%.The substation area topology verification method proposed in this paper can be programmed and used to analyze the huge operation data.The problem of time consuming and labor intensive of manual way can be solved.
