摘要
孤立电网具有各次备用容量小、自平衡能力差的特点。为了提高风能的利用率,在保障稳态频率约束的前提下,采用综合利用一、二次备用的方法。提出了考虑稳态频率约束的系统最大可调备用容量的概念,建立了考虑稳态频率约束的机组组合优化模型。以常规机组发电成本最小和系统消纳风能最大为多目标,并通过扩展ε约束法对模型进行求解。改造后含高渗透率风电的孤立电网10机系统的计算结果表明,所提模型通过有效利用系统中各次备用,在满足系统稳态频率约束的同时,有较好的经济性以及风电的消纳能力。
An isolated power grid has a small reserve.In order to increase the permeability of wind power,we proposed a concept of the maximum adjustable reserve capacity considering the steady-state frequency constraint,and established a unit commitment model considering steady state frequency constraints.Minimizing the fuel cost and maximizing absorption of wind power were considered as objective functions,and the augmented-ε-constraint method was used to solve the multi-objective problem.The effectiveness,economic efficiency,and energy conservation of the proposed model are verified on an isolated power grid of ten-generators.Case analysis of an isolated power gird verifies the effectiveness,economic efficiency,and energy conservation of the proposed model.
