摘要
针对洛阳某水厂综合办公楼上人屋面结构渗漏的问题,兼顾结构补强与渗漏维修选用了"冗余防水密封系统"。该系统的应用大大提高了原厂房屋面的可靠性及耐久性,可以保证建筑的正常使用。
According to leakage of roof structure of a comprehensive office building in a water plant in Luoyang, redundant waterproofing and impervious sealing system is selected giving consideration to structure reinforcement and leakage repairing. The application of this system greatly improves the reliability and durability of the roof, and guarantees the normal use of the building.
