摘要
为提高沥青胶结料的路用性能,探讨了纳米炭黑粒径对沥青胶结料老化前后性能的影响。分别进行了老化前沥青针入度、延度、软化点、旋转黏度以及薄膜烘箱加热短期老化试验。试验结果表明:纳米炭黑可以提高沥青的高温稳定性、短期抗老化能力以及降低温度敏感性;随着纳米炭黑粒径的增大,纳米炭黑沥青25℃针入度增大、15℃延度逐渐减小、软化点略有提高、针对度指数PI值与60℃旋转黏度先增大后减小、短期老化残留物25℃针入度比与15℃延度及其比值逐渐减小。基于综合性能最优角度出发,建议采用N220纳米炭黑对沥青进行改性。
In order to improve the road performance of asphalt binder, the influence of particle size of nano carbon black on the properties of asphalt binder before and after aging is discussed. The penetration, ductility, softening point, rotational viscosity before aging and short-term aging test of film oven beating are carried out respectively. The test results show that nano carbon black could improve the high temperature stability, short-term aging resistance and temperature sensitivity of asphalt. Nano carbon black asphalt 25℃ penetration increases, 15℃ ductility decreases, the softening point increases slightly, the penetration index PI value and 60℃ rotational viscosity increase first and then decrease, the short term aging residue 25℃ penetration and 15℃ ductility and the ratio decrease gradually with the increase of particle size of the nano carbon black. N220 nano carbon black is recommended to modify the asphalt based on the optimum comprehensive performance.
