超黏磨耗层技术在高速公路养护中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Nova-Surfacing Technology in Maintenance of Expressway

超黏磨耗层是一种新型封层类技术,主要应用于沥青路面养护工程,目前仅在国内部分地区获得试验应用。文章主要通过开展超黏磨耗层配合比设计研究,确定了超黏磨耗层适宜的玻璃纤维掺量为0.1%及目标配合比。工程应用效果表明,超黏磨耗层能够显著提升高速公路沥青路面的抗滑能力,并提出了超黏磨耗层的适用条件。文章的研究对于探讨超黏磨耗层技术在高速公路养护中的适用性具有一定意义。

Nova-surfacing is a new type of seal technology which is mainly used in asphalt pavement maintenance. This technology has been currently applied and tested in some regions of China. In this paper through studies of mixing design of Nova-surfacing, the suitable glass fiber content is determined as 0. 1 % and the target mix ratio is put forward. Engineering application shows that theNova-surfacing can significantly improve the anti-sliding performance of asphah pavement, and the applicable conditions of Nova surfacing are proposed. The study in the paperhas great significance to explore the applicability of Nova surfacing in expressway maintenance.
