潜艇部队官兵出海前后心理健康对照研究的Meta分析

Meta-Analysis of Influence of Voyage on Mental Health Status of Sailors in Submarines

目的用Meta分析的方法评估潜艇部队出海前后心理健康状况的差异。方法采用计算机搜索重庆维普科技期刊数据库,收集1989-2017年28年间发表的关于潜艇部队出海前后官兵心理健康对照研究文献,采用Rev Man5.3进行Meta分析。结果共纳入采用症状自评量表(SCl-90)调查的出海前后潜艇部队官兵心理健康对照研究文献6篇,6个样本共515人。Meta分析结果显示:出海任务后躯体化因子均分大于出海前(WMD=-0.35,95%CI:-0.53^-0.17,P<0.01);出海任务后强迫因子均分大于出海前(WMD=-0.22,95%CI:-0.28^-0.17,P<0.01);出海任务前后人际关系敏感因子均分差异没有统计学意义(WMD=-0.19,95%CI:-0.41~0.03,P>0.05);出海任务后抑郁因子均分大于出海前(WMD=-0.25,95%CI:-0.37^-0.13,P<0.05);出海任务后焦虑因子均分大于出海前(WMD=-0.25,95%CI:-0.37^-0.13,P<0.01);出海任务前后敌对因子均分差异没有统计学意义(WMD=-0.10,95%CI:-0.26~0.06,P>0.05);出海任务后恐怖因子均分大于出海前(WMD=-0.20,95%CI:-0.34^-0.06,P<0.01);出海任务前后偏执因子均分差异没有统计学意义(WMD=0.02,95%CI:-0.04~0.08,P>0.05);出海任务后精神病性因子均分大于出海前(WMD=-0.18,95%CI:-0.35^-0.01,P<0.05)。结论出海任务对潜艇部队官兵心理健康造成了一定的负面影响。

Objective To evaluate the influence of voyage on mental health status of sailors in submarines using meta-analysis.Methods Systematic literature retrieval was performed to collect related articles published between 1989 and 2017 in VIP.The articles were then screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.3.Results A total of 6 articles were included after the literature retrieval and screening. Meta-analysis revealed that after voyage,sailors in submarines got higher scores of somatization subscale（ WMD =-0.35,95%CI：-0.53 ^-0.17,P〈0.01）,higher scores of obsessive-compulsion subscale（ WMD =-0.22,95% CI：-0. 28 ^-0. 17,P 〈0. 01）,higher scores of depression subscale（ WMD=-0.25,95%CI：-0.37 ^-0.13,P〈0.05）,higher scores of anxiety subscale（ WMD =-0.25,95% CI：-0.37 ^-0.13,P〈0.01）,higher scores of phobic anxiety subscale（ WMD =-0.20,95%CI：-0.34 ^-0.06,P〈 0.01）,higher scores of psychoticism（ WMD =-0.18,95%CI：-0.35 ^-0.01,P〈0.05）. But there was no statistically significant difference between scores of Interpersonal sensitivity subscale（ WMD =-0.19,95%CI：-0.41 ~ 0.03,P〉0.05）,hostility subscale（ WMD =-0.10,95% CI：-0.26~ 0.06,P〉0.05）,and paranoia subscale（ WMD = 0.02,95%CI：-0.04 ~ 0.08,P〉0.05） before and after voyage. Conclusion Voyage has negative influence on mental health status of submarine sailors.
