天津市某区全民健康生活方式行动现状调查

National Healthy Lifestyles in a District of Tianjin

目的了解天津市海河教育园区常住居民健康生活方式行动知晓及执行情况,为更好地落实全民健康生活方式行动提供依据。方法采取简单随机抽样方法,抽取天津市海河教育园区18岁及以上常住人口1500人进行问卷调查,分析全民健康生活方式行动影响因素,采用SPSS 19.0软件进行χ~2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果调查对象对全民健康生活方式行动的知晓率为49.57%,行动日知晓率为17.19%,其中男性知晓率比女性高,高于50岁居民知晓率最高,差异均具有显著性;女性调查对象不吸烟、不过量饮酒和关注心理健康的正确率要高于男性,高于50岁调查对象自觉控盐、自觉控油和每周运动至少3次的正确率高于低年龄组,差异均具有显著性。结论该区居民健康生活方式行动相关知晓率较低,需要进一步深入开展健康宣教工作,促使居民改变不良生活方式,有效防控慢性病。

Objective To find out about the level of awareness and implementation of healthy lifestyles among residents in Haihe Education Park,Tianjin so as to provide evidence for better implementation of national healthy lifestyles. Methods A simple random sampling method was adopted to collect 1500 permanent residents aged 18 years and above in Haihe Education Park of Tianjin. A questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the factors that influenced people＇s healthy lifestyle activities. SPSS19.0 software was used for χ~2 test. P〈0.05 was statistically significant.Results The awareness rate of the respondents was 49.57%for actions related to people＇s healthy lifestyles,and the rate of awareness was 17.19% for the day of action. The awareness rate of males was higher than that of females,and the awareness rate of residents above 50 was the highest,and the difference was significant. The correct rate of answers related to non-smoking,non-excessive drinking and mental health was higher among females than among males. Subjects over 50 years of age could more effectively control the intake of salt and fat or their body weight than the younger age group,and the difference was significant.Conclusion The awareness rate of healthy lifestyles among residents in a district is relatively low,and more effective education is needed to encourage residents to change their unhealthy lifestyles and effectively prevent and control chronic diseases.
