改良胰管逆行注射法制犬急性坏死性胰腺炎模型 被引量:2

摘要 为了建立一种稳定可行的实验犬急性坏死性胰腺炎(SAP)模型,以进一步探讨胰腺炎损伤的机制及临床治疗,选用6只健康实验犬,通过结扎主胰管,将5%牛磺胆酸钠(0.1 m L/kg体重)和胰蛋白酶(3 500 U/kg体重)的混合液以27m L/h的速度注入副胰管内,观察实验犬的临床症状、血常规、生化指标、B超影像的变化。结果显示,实验犬呈典型SAP表现,淀粉酶、脂肪酶显著升高,B超影像显示胰腺有部分坏死,光镜下观察可见胰腺腺泡细胞崩解、坏死,细胞界限不分明。结果证明,用5%牛磺胆酸钠(0.1 m L/kg体重)和胰蛋白酶(3 500 U/kg体重)的混合溶液,通过改良后胰管逆行注射法构建犬急性坏死性胰腺炎成功率高且稳定,适用于临床及基础研究。
