螺旋挡板式泡沫发生器的设计及内部流动特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 泡沫流体冲砂洗井有效降低了油井中冲砂液的损失,而泡沫发生器的结构对产生致密细致的泡沫起重要的作用.在螺旋式泡沫发生器的结构上结合挡板式发泡器的优点,充分利用油井下压力和风流流速,设计了一种新型螺旋挡板式泡沫发生器.应用数值模拟,分析不同气液比对发泡器内部两相流场的影响,发现螺旋挡板式泡沫发生器在30%-40%含气量时可以产生更致密均匀的泡沫;相比传统螺旋式发泡器提高了发泡率,结构简单,操作方便,不易发生堵塞. Foam fluid washing sand effectively reduces the loss of flushing fluids in the well, and the structure of the foam generator plays an important role in producing fine foam. The new spiral-baffle generator is designed with the structure of the aprial and baffle foam fenerator.It can take advantage of the pressure and airflow of oil well. The influence of different gas-liquid ratio on the two-phase flow field was analyzed by numerical simulation. It was found that the spiral-baffle foam generator could produce more dense foam at gas content of 30%-40%. Compared with the traditional spiral type foam to improve the foam rate, its structure is easy to operate and less prone to blockage.
