西安高校原热力中心建筑绿色改造可行性研究

Feasibility Study on the Green Reconstruction of the Original Thermal Center of Xi’an University

随着我国高校办学质量和规模的进一步提高和扩大,高校原有校区的许多建筑在发展中或拆除或废弃或改造,热力中心便是其中的一类。本文以西安高校建于20世纪前的热力中心建筑为研究对象,调研其发展历史并分析现状,从政策要求、技术条件、经济价值等方面对其绿色改造可行性进行了分析,得出该类建筑具有较高改造价值与意义,对其进行绿色改造有较大的可行性。

In Xi＇an province in twentieth Century before the thermodynamic center building as the research object, research the history and analysis of the status quo, from the aspects of policy requirements, technical conditions and economic value, analyzes the feasibility of the green transformation, the building has a high transformation significance and value of the green renovation has great feasibility.
