新型城镇化背景下对城市居住空间分异的探究——以常德市居住空间布局为例

随着国家中部崛起战略的逐步推进,中部地区城镇发展迅速,城市综合功能不断增强,城市经济实力的不断提升以及产业空间布局的调整,城市居住空间也面临着巨大的变化。在此背景下,本文以常德市为例,从研究城市居住空间组织模式入手,探讨常德市城市居住空间演变的历程及特点、影响未来居住空间布局的因素,在此基础上形成常德市城市居住空间布局规划方案,并提出优化城市居住空间的对策和建议。
