长沙湘江洲岛的保护与利用研究

Study on the protection and Utilization of Xiangjiang Island in Changsha

湘江洲岛是“长沙之轴、山水之纲、文化之脉和城市之脊”,承担了重要的生态、休闲和文化功能,研究其保护与利用模式对建设秀美城市、提升城市品质具有重要意义。文章通过长沙湘江洲岛的特征梳理,分析目前洲岛保护与利用存在的问题,提出洲岛保护利用必须以“生态优先,绿景为主”为核心,多部门联合立法为保障,文化挖掘为策略,部门协作和公众参与共同出力,组拳出击实现洲岛生态与经济发展的平衡。

Being the axis of the city, the outline of landscape, the pulse of culture and the backbone of the city, Xiangjiang Islands assume important ecological, leisure and cultural function. Researh of their protection and utilization have great significance to build a beautiful city and upgrade the city quality, through the characteristics of those islands and the problem analysis of Island protection and utilization, this paper suggests that Island protection must take ecological priority and green landscape as the most important thing,and take the joint department legislation as the safeguard,as well as excavating culture and collaboration between departments and public participation,to Balance the ecological and economic development.
