摘要
剖析了黑臭水体产生的原因,并结合丘陵城市地形及水系特征,将改善丘陵城市黑臭水体环境质量作为目标。依托生态系统理论,利用GIS技术和生态修复的手段。从规划的角度出发,对流域水系的保护,水质环境的提升和水生态系统的恢复三个方面制定实施治理方案。
Analyses the causes of black smelly water and combined with the feature of hilly urban terrain and water system, to improve the hilly city black smelly water environmental quality as the goal. Relying on the ecological system theory, using GIS technology and means of ecological restoration.From the perspective of planning, the implementation plan is formulated from three aspects: the protection of watershed water system, the improvement of water quality environment and the restoration of water ecosystem.
