摘要
通过对厦门市槟榔小区老年人的居住状况和他们对住宅套型适老化改造需求的调研,结合小区典型养老模式下套型的适老化改造设计案例,分析总结了老旧住宅套型的适老化改造中存在的现实问题、改造难点和可采取的应对策略,并对老旧住宅的养老空间和细节提出针对性的改造建议。
Based on an onsite questionnaire survey result from selected eider＇ s living circumstance and demand on home-based elderly care from Xiamen Binglang community, this papers structures 3 redesign patterns to illustrate the typical points on elder-oriented renovation on old suite models. In the meantime, by analysis of the existing problems and balance of the difficulties and practical approaches, this paper also tries to offer ideas on redesign of indoor space and functionalities in terms of elderly care.
