网络群体性事件应对制度探究

网络群体性事件应对制度在处置网络群体性事件中具有重要作用,但现有的网络群体性事件应对制度存在层级效力偏低、侧重管制、呈碎片化、缺少预警机制等问题。因此,应当从应对制度体系、立法制度层级、应对措施、预警机制等方面着手完善网络群体性事件应对制度。

The Internet group events are the products of the rapid development of the Internet,which have attracted more and more attention from all walks of life.The existing response system of Internet group events has some problems,such as low level of effectiveness,emphasis on regulatory means,fragmentation of the system,and lack of early warning mechanism.To improve China＇s Internet group events coping system,we should improve the system of dealing with Internet group events,the level of legislative system and the means of coping with Internet group events,and set up early warning system of Internet group events.
