卓越教师的世界共同价值取向——美国“国家年度教师”入选典例及其评选启示

卓越教师的精神世界、思想风貌应该具有基本的共同特征——其中教育价值观、教育目标观、教育情感观自然是卓越教师的主要精神特征。选择美国"国家年度教师"当选者中近年三位典型代表进行解读和评价,聚焦"教育不是为了已完成的世界而是为了未来"、"以学生发展为中心"、"教育融入我的血液之中"这三种具有普遍意义的代表性观点,概括出卓越教师所具有的深远博大的教育哲思、坚定明确的教育目标和高尚纯洁的教育情感。结合其教学阐释他们如何以学生特色化发展为目标、高度珍爱赤诚璀璨的童心世界以及对以未来性、发展性和多元化为主要教育向度的价值真理的创造性探索——这逻辑地构成了卓越教师的世界共同的理想境界。分析美国"国家年度教师"评选本身的若干特点,以供中国卓越教师评选活动作参考和借鉴。

Excellent teachers share common features in spirit,educational values,objectives and affectations.The writers of this paper base on three American annual excellent teachers,studying their values on such variables as education for future,students as center,education merging into my blood.Result shows that excellent teachers all have profound philosophical meditations,resolute educational objectives,sublime educational feelings and ideal educational state of mind.The purpose of this paper is that foreign experiences may be worth learning for Chinese counterparts.
