摘要
针对入驻企业对物流园区的评价选择问题,构建基于扎根理论与模糊数集的VIKOR多属性物流园区评价选择方法。利用扎根理论从深度访谈资料中分析入驻企业,从而从物流园区获取资源类型以及资源,避免理论预设的约束,依此构建物流园区的多维评价选择指标。通过模糊数集确定各指标的权重,使其难以量化的定性判断能够定量表示。在此基础上通过运用VIKOR多属性决策方法对各备选园区进行计算排序,最终获得最优入驻方案,其结果综合考虑最大化集体效用与个别遗憾的影响。
To deal with the problemhow enterprises to choose the suitable logistics park,aevaluation and selection method of logistics park Amethod based on grounded theory and fuzzy number VIKOR is proposed.The grounded theory,which is a method of refining the concept of depth interview data is used to analyze the types of resources that the entry enterprises want to get from the logistics park and the resources provided by the logistics park.The grounded theory avoids the constraints of the theoretical presupposition,and constructs the multi-dimensional evaluation criteria system of the logistics park.The weight of each criteria is determined by the fuzzy number,which makes the qualitativecriteria quantified.After determining the weight of each criteria,the VIKOR multi attribute decision-making method is used to calculate and sort scoring results of all the alternativelogisticsparks.The ranking results can be used to obtain the most suitable logistics park. The most suitable logistics parkobtained by this method comprehensively consider the effects of maximizing collective utility and individual regrets.
