一氧化碳与氢气低温分离冷箱装置设计方案探讨

摘要 通过HYCO冷箱的设计,从概念设计的冷箱整体设备布置,确定为分体式组装运输至现场合并连接为一个整体冷箱的方案确立,到冷箱钢结构设计时的难点工作及设计方案的确立与详细执行的重点要求,再到管道设计时的新要求,以及区别常规空分冷箱设计的重点等,作了一系列介绍说明,有理有据、逐步分析并提出了高水准的设计方案和理念。 In the design of HYCO cold box, started with the conceptual design of integral cold box arrangement, it was determined that the separating structures were used and they were transported and then assembled at the site. A series of significant issues, including the keys in the design of steel structure of cold box, determination of design scheme, important requirements in performance, the requirements for piping design and classification of the significances in the design of normal cold box used in air separation, were introduced and explained. With these gradual analyses, the design scheme with high level was proposed.
