摘要
目的探讨知识、态度、行为(knowledge,attitude and practice,KAP)干预对双眼视功能异常学龄儿童生活质量的影响。方法134例双眼视功能异常学龄儿童随机分成试验组和对照组,试验组予以KAP干预,比较干预前及干预后6个月两组患者的KAP得分及生活质量得分的变化。结果干预6个月后,试验组KAP得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=5.84、4.70、5.49,P<0.01)。试验组与对照组在双眼视功能(t=6.84,P<0.01);生活自理能力(t=18.29,P<0.01);活动交往(t=23.26,P<0.01);精神心理(t=15.30,P<0.01);总得分(t=15.42,P<0.01)差异均有统计学意义。干预前后,KAP得分与生活质量得分均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论对双眼视功能异常学龄儿童进行针对性的KAP干预可以有效提高其生活质量。
Objective To discuss the influence of knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)intervention on quality of life of school children with functional abnormalities in binocular vision. Methods A total of 134 school-age children with functional abnormalities in binocular vision were randomly divided into KAP intervention group and control group.The differences of KAP score and score of quality of life of the two groups were compared pre and post 6 months intervention. Results After 6 months of KAP intervention,the KAP score and quality of life score of children in intervention group was significantly higher than that of controls(t=5.84,4.70,5.49,P〈0.01).The differences in binocular function(t=6.84,P〈0.01),self-dependence(t=18.29,P〈0.01),social activity(t=23.26,P〈0.01),mental health(t=15.30,P〈0.01)and total score(t=15.42,P〈0.01)were all statistically significant between the two groups.There was a significant positive correlation between KAP score and quality of life score(P〈0.01). Conclusions KAP intervention can improve the quality of life of school-age children with functional abnormalities in binocular vision.
