摘要
本文从工业用地利用强度、经济效益、设施服务质量、用地行业和土地资产与金融活力五个方面对常州市工业用地现状调查成果进行了综合分析,结合常州实际情况和特点建立了常州市工业用地综合评价模型;在此基础上,开发建设了常州市工业企业分析评价系统,实现了对工业企业和所在行业实时分析评价,为低效工业用地认定和再开发提供依据。
A comprehensive analysis of the survey results of industrial land use in Changzhou City was made in this paper from five aspects： the intensity of industrial land use,economic benefits,service quality of facilities,land occupation,land assets and financial vitality.Based on the actual situation and characteristics of Changzhou,a comprehensive evaluation model of industrial land in Changzhou was established with Industrial Enterprise Analysis and Evaluation System,which realizes the real-time analysis and evaluation of industrial enterprises and their industries,providing the basis for the identification and redevelopment of inefficient industrial land.
